I’ve been in HR officially for 10+ years now, but even before that I’ve always been an advocate for fair and efficient workplaces.

I was the intern spewing on her soapbox how much better the program could be if we had clearer guidelines.

I was the frustrated junior associate creating a shared database to find department info quicker.

I was the one creating structure when no one asked her to.

The reality is, HR is everyone’s responsibility. No one team or person can (or should) manage it all. I come in to show leaders how they can leverage the resources they already have to foster productive and compliant work environments.

I’ve held a HR Certified Professional certification from SHRM since 2020, and I hold a Bachelor of Science degree from Kent State University (a Midwest girlie). Prior work industries include fashion, construction, sports, and the arts space.

I currently reside in Washington, DC.
