Even before becoming a HR professional, I’ve always been an advocate for efficiently run workplaces.

I was the intern pushing for clearer guidelines.

The junior associate building shared databases just to find department info faster.

The one creating structure no one asked for.

The reality is, HR is everyone’s responsibility - no single person can (or should) manage it all. I help leaders leverage the resources they already have to build productive, compliant workplaces.

I hold a HR Certified Professional certification from SHRM since 2020, and I received a Bachelor of Science degree from Kent State University (a Midwest girlie). Prior work industries include the arts/creative, construction, hospitality, and sports spaces.

I currently reside in Washington, DC.
